Celtic fans on Twitter have been reacting to the latest social media post from the club.
This comes after the official Celtic Twitter account shared a post on their page quote-tweeting a post from the SPFL which revealed that Ryan Christie had been included in their SPFL Team of the Week for his performance in Celtic’s 2-0 win over Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup at the weekend.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Celtic fans, who were quick to share their responses to this news.
So, what did these Celtic fans make of this post?
? Ryan Christie named in the #SPFL Team of the week! https://t.co/fRRqBSEInd

Very well deserved. Best goal of the season.

Christie opened the scoring for Neil Lennon’s side at the weekend in the first half, with Mohamed Elyounoussi doubling Celtic’s lead just five minutes later, with Tom Rogic assisting both goals (per BBC Sport).
Good game for him and great goal, but why is he in the *SPFL* team of the week when we played in the Scottish Cup, which is run by the SFA?

However, there were some Celtic fans responding to the post who thought another Celtic player should have been in the team as well.
No Rogic? Disgrace.
— Michael O’Neill (@mickybhoy55) November 4, 2020
Glasgow Live gave Rogic a match rating of 7/10 for his display against Aberdeen, saying that he was “a joy to watch” at times. They then gave Christie a match rating of 8/10, saying that he put in a “great performance” in the game.
Rogic!?!?!?

Now that the official Celtic Twitter account has relayed this post from the SPFL onto their page, this paved the way for lots of Hoops fans to have their say on the matter.

It’s good to see that Christie has been recognised for his performance against Aberdeen and has been selected for the SPFL Team of the Week.
However, looking at the replies to this post and seeing that a lot of these Celtic fans think Rogic should be in the team as well, this just goes to show how impressed they were with his performance at the weekend.
