A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to a tweet that was recently posted by the club’s official Twitter account which shared some footage of Spurs’ squad playing a version of noughts and crosses in training.

This footage was posted a day before the Lilywhites’ UEFA Europa League clash with Ludogorets Razgrad on Thursday. Tottenham will go on to face Chelsea in Premier League action on Sunday to cap off a busy nine days of post-international break action, beginning with their 2-0 Premier League win over Manchester City last Saturday. The busy nature of their schedule doesn’t end there, as they face a trip to LASK in the Europa League next Thursday.

Judging by this footage, though, it seems that Jose Mourinho and his coaching staff are keeping spirits high during this period, as Spurs’ players seem to be enjoying themselves in this training footage.

So, how did these Tottenham Hotspur fans respond to this tweet?

Perhaps it is difficult to criticise Mourinho and his coaching staff for their training methods given that they currently sit atop the Premier League table and plenty of the Tottenham Hotspur fans who replied to this tweet certainly seemed pleased by this training footage, as many of them shared a positive reaction to this tweet.

How well can you remember Spurs' season so far? 1. Who is Spurs' top scorer in all competitions so far this season?

A number of Spurs fans spotted Moussa Sissoko nudging Harry Kane.

Other supporters were simply delighted by the footage.

Some Spurs supporters specifically stated that they think Tanguy Ndombele looks to be in good spirits.

Back in September, some reports claimed that Mourinho faced ‘a dressing room backlash’ at Spurs, but this footage would suggest that this is certainly not the case at present and with that in mind, it may be understandable why some Lilywhites fans shared a seemingly sarcastic response to this tweet.

One particular Spurs supporter sarcastically stated that the squad looks unhappy while another Tottenham fan stated in a similar fashion that ‘negative’ Mourinho is ‘destroying’ the north London club.
