How well can you remember Spurs' season so far? 1. Who is Spurs' top scorer in all competitions so far this season?

The page said that Manchester City are still interested in signing Harry Winks after being linked with a move for the Spurs midfielder earlier this year.

Last Word On Spurs also mentioned that Winks will look to assess his Spurs future in January if he “continues to be left” on the bench or “excluded from the squad” in the near future.

This post then gathered a lot of replies from Spurs fans who were quick to share their thoughts on this latest news.

So, what did these Spurs fans make of this post on Harry Winks?

As a product of the Tottenham youth academy, Winks made his senior debut for the north London club back in 2014 under former Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino.

Overall, the 24-year-old, who is currently valued at £25.2 million, has made 152 appearances across all competitions for Spurs in which he has managed to score two goals and provide two assists along the way (per Transfermarkt).

Would you be happy if Spurs sold Harry Winks?

Now that this Spurs podcast Twitter account has relayed this news onto their page, this paved the way for lots of Lilywhites fans to have their say on the matter.

Looking at the replies to this post, it appears that these Spurs fans would have no qualms if the club sold Winks to City.

Given how Winks has made just four appearances for Tottenham in the Premier League so far this season and earned himself a disappointing season rating of 6.22/10 in the process, this could well be why these Spurs fans would be happy to see the Englishman leave the club.

In our view, if Winks isn’t likely to get as much playing time as he would like at Spurs, then maybe moving away to another club where he can play regularly might be the best option for him.
