Fans of Tottenham Hotspur have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relayed a report that claims Manchester United have approached former Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino, with a view to replacing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
According to the report by Manchester Evening News, United have ‘made contact’ with the representatives of Pochettino, amid the club’s ‘dismal form under Solskjaer’.
The report continues by stating that the former Spurs boss was interested in the United job last year, and that ‘his stance on the role is not believed to have changed’.
So, what did these Tottenham Hotspur fans have to say in reaction to the report regarding Mauricio Pochettino?

Hope he fails. And if he comes after Harry Kane he is dead to me.

Pochettino was manager of Tottenham for roughly five and a half years, in which time he guided the club to four consecutive top-four Premier League finishes, as well as the Champions League final.
However, last November, after taking just 14 points from their 12 Premier League matches in the 2019/20 season, Tottenham decided to sack the Argentine and replace him with Jose Mourinho.
Would you mind if Mauricio Pochettino took over at Manchester United?
Yes
No
And despite the fact it has been almost a year since Spurs and Pochettino parted company, it would appear that many fans still feel some level of connection with the 48-year-old, with many more taking to Twitter to share their feelings at the idea of their former manager taking over at a new club.

All in all, it would seem that the majority of these Spurs fans are sad to hear that Pochettino could be in line to take over at Manchester United, while others appear to be concerned about the possibility of their former manager attempting to lure some of the club’s players to Old Trafford.
