A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans have flocked to Twitter to praise Tanguy Ndombele for his performance in the Lilywhites’ 2-0 Premier League win over Manchester City on Saturday.
Ndombele started this game and remained on the pitch until he was replaced by Giovani Lo Celso in the 64th minute of the contest.
In the early stages of the first half of this match, the Frenchman managed to find his teammate Heung-min Son in ‘acres of space‘ and the South Korea international went on to find the back of the net to open the scoring.
So, what did these Tottenham Hotspur fans make of Ndombele’s performance versus Manchester City?

Alderweireld and Dier have been faultless and great in tackle, as has Reguillon and Aurier, Sissoko and Højbjerg superb, Ndombele unbelievable on the ball, Son and Bergwijn look lively and Kane is the complete football in the world

The Express, who gave Ndombele a match rating of seven for this game, stated that the £36m-rated central midfielder ‘was clearly tiring from the chasing he did’ as this game wore on but that didn’t stop these Spurs supporters from gushing over the 23-year-old, with one particular Spurs fan declaring that they think this was a 10/10 performance from Ndombele.
Another 10/10 game for Ndombele

And that’s been a long time coming for Lo Celso.— Daniel Smith (@Dan_Pens) November 21, 2020
So, it’s clear from these tweets that Ndombele impressed plenty of the north London club’s supporters with his performance in this win over Manchester City and given that he provided the assist for Son’s fifth-minute opener, it may be understandable why these Lilywhites fans took this opportunity to praise the midfielder.
