How well can you remember Spurs' season so far? 1. Who is Spurs' top scorer in all competitions so far this season?

One of the teams that he spent some time on was Tottenham Hotspur, and he revealed that Jose Mourinho might want at least two players signed in January.

The last transfer window was a pretty busy one for Tottenham as they sealed the arrivals of Matt Doherty, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Sergio Reguilon, Gareth Bale, Carlos Vinicius and Joe Rodon.

The squad was strengthened in many areas, but according to McGarry, Mourinho wants more additions in January, though it is unclear what positions he wants to reinforce.

He said: “We know that Mourinho would like at least two players in the January window.

“They might not have to be expensive players, but it could possibly give him the depth that he needs.”

Do you think Spurs need to sign more players in January?

TIF Thoughts on Mourinho’s potential transfer plans and McGarry’s information…

Spurs backed Mourinho in the transfer window, and considering they are still competing on all available fronts; you could argue that the squad has been sufficiently strengthened.

However, judging by McGarry’s comments, the former Manchester United boss wants some more players in January.

Looking at Tottenham’s squad, there are no obvious weak links with most positions seemingly well-stocked – so we are not sure Mourinho needs at least two more players.

However, if McGarry’s information is correct, and Mourinho does indeed want additions in January, it will be intriguing to see what Spurs do and if Mourinho does get the reinforcements he supposedly wants.
