A lot of Leeds United fans have flocked to a tweet that was recently posted by BBC broadcaster Adam Pope in which he shared a link to a post from the Whites’ official website which relayed the Yorkshire club’s official Premier League schedule for December.
As well as the new dates and kick-off times for each of the Whites’ top-flight fixtures next month, this post on Leeds United’s official website explains that all six of Leeds’ Premier League games in December will be broadcast live on television and shares where Whites fans can watch these games.
After stating that Leeds’ six Premier League games in December have been moved for television in his post, Pope indicated that he believes this shows that the Yorkshire club is ‘box office.’
So, how did these Leeds United fans respond to Pope’s tweet?
Just the six games for Leeds United moved for TV in December. Box Office.

Plenty of the Leeds United fans that responded to the BBC broadcaster’s tweet were seemingly in agreement with his claim that Leeds are box office, as they reacted positively to his tweet.
Four of Leeds’ top-flight fixtures in December are set to be broadcast by Sky Sports, while the remaining two games will be shown by Amazon Prime Video and some of the Leeds supporters that replied to Pope’s tweet stated that Sky should think about creating a Leeds-themed TV channel or re-naming one of their existing TV channels in honour of Leeds.
We’re not famous any more?

Disgraceful, every game in December moved
No thought for the fans
How can we plan ahead for other things when every fixture is moved

Shame BBC would rather show the Villa Game on Boxing Day rather than Leeds.

Isn’t it a strange that a side jut promoted from the EFL are shown live on TV. Sky may as well give them their own channel

So, it certainly seems that plenty of Leeds fans are proud of their club and agree with Pope’s claim that Marcelo Bielsa’s side are box office judging by the replies to this tweet. However, there were a couple of Leeds fans who shared a more negative response to the news.
