A lot of Leeds United fans have flocked to a post from their club showing Illan Meslier pull off a succession of saves during the Whites’ 1-0 victory over Everton on Saturday.
The footage starts with Meslier making an incredible save to deny Abdoulaye Doucoure from close range before he then pinches the ball from the feet of Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
The next part of the clip shows the Frenchman snatching the ball from the feet of Richarlison.
The next save is a bit more routine, but he does well on the follow-up to grab the ball amongst a pile of bodies, and then the final save is from a Richarlison strike from the edge of the box.
This footage has drawn the attention of these Leeds fans who have lauded Meslier.

The 20-year-old has now kept back-to-back clean sheets in the Premier League from games against Arsenal and Everton, which is impressive considering before that the Whites had conceded eight goals in two games against Leicester City and Crystal Palace.

Despite only playing ten Championship games last season, Meslier has played all ten of Leeds’ matches in the Premier League so far this season.
On Saturday, he was impressive as he earned an 8.41 rating for his performance, his best of the season.
Judging from the replies to this post, many Leeds fans love Meslier and you can see why with saves like these. The one from Doucoure is particularly impressive, in our opinion.
