Fans of Tottenham Hotspur have been reacting on Twitter to the news of Danny Rose’s appearance for the club’s U23 side on Friday.
According to a tweet by Alasdair Gold, Rose played in central midfield for Spurs’ U23 side in their 2-1 defeat to Derby County’s U23 team on Friday.
In a tweet preceding the game, the journalist also pointed out the inclusion of the 30-year-old in the U23 side’s starting XI.
So, what did these Tottenham Hotspur fans have to say in reaction to Danny Rose’s appearance for the U23 side?
How embarrassing for Danny, but he’s pretty much been the architect of his own fall from grace from Spurs.

Yeah well he really would be finished if he has a stinker for the under 23’s. It’s not sad to see either, as some fans seem to think, Rose has been the master of his own destiny, knee injury reduced his ability, granted, but his attitude stinks.

Rose has not featured for Tottenham’s first-team at all this season, with his last appearance for the club coming in a 1-0 defeat to Liverpool back in January.
After sending the £9 million-rated left-back out on loan for the second half of last season, Jose Mourinho stated over the summer transfer window that he would be happy for Rose to leave the club.
Do you feel sorry for Danny Rose?
Yes
No
However, with no move materialising for the England international, Rose remained in north London, although his chances of actually featuring for the first-team this season appear to be extremely slim, as the 30-year was left out of Spurs’ Premier League squad.
Not how we should be treating him after what he has done for the club

He is still alive? That’s good news eh?

All in all, it would appear that the majority of these Tottenham fans do not particularly feel sorry for Rose following his apparent decline, as many point out their belief that the player’s attitude is not good enough for him to play for their club.
