Supporters of Celtic have recently reacted to an injury update on the first-team squad that was relayed on social media.
On Tuesday afternoon, sports editor at Radio Clyde Alison Conroy shared the update on Neil Lennon’s squad on Twitter.
She stated that Odsonne Edouard and Nir Bitton were back in training for the Hoops while Christopher Jullien is currently abroad having treatment on his back.
The sports editor went on to share a quote from Lennon in which he stated about Jullien: “he’s a few weeks away”.
Lots of Celtic fans then flocked to the squad update to air their thoughts on it.
So, what did these Celtic fans have to say about the injury update from Alison Conroy?

Some fans seemed disappointed that the absence of Jullien meant that Shane Duffy would likely feature in more matches for the Celtic Park outfit.
So far this season, the Irish defender has made seven appearances for the Hoops in the Premiership in which he has earned a solid 7.41/10 average rating (per WhoScored).
Ajer and Bitton has to be the CB pairing till Jullien is back https://t.co/3z7b1lik6M

Good news that, missed both massively, but particularly Edouard. Once you add the likes of Jullien and Forrest to that list as well, it is a huge loss to the eleven we can put out

Do you think these fans are being overly harsh about Shane Duffy?
No, he's not very good
Yes, he's a solid player
However, despite the disappointment that Duffy would likely continue to feature for Celtic in Jullien’s absence, many aired their delight that Edouard was back in training for the club.
That is despite the fact that in his seven appearances in the Scottish top flight this season he has scored a worse average rating than Duffy has, with the Frenchman on a 7.35/10.
Those 2 will do for noo

As can be seen in these responses from Celtic supporters, many seemed to be frustrated that Jullien is “a few weeks away” from fitness, however, they were pleased that Edouard is back in training.
