A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans have been replying to a tweet that was recently posted by Spurs and England striker Harry Kane following the Three Lions’ recent 1-0 loss to Denmark in the UEFA Nations League.
As per WhoScored, England captain Kane, who played the entirety of the 1-0 loss, took more shots than any other England player (five) and was fouled more times than any other England player (six) in this game, earning the second-highest overall WhoScored rating (6.73/10) of any Three Lions player in this match.
The 27-year-old took to Twitter after the match to share some frustration over his national team’s loss to Denmark, though he also shared that he thinks there are ‘loads of positives from this England camp to take into the next internationals.’
Very frustrating to lose that game. Loads of positives from this @england camp to take into the next internationals. ??? pic.twitter.com/ZEQk5o9ktY

This post from Kane caught the attention of many Spurs supporters who replied to the striker’s tweet. Some Tottenham fans were full of praise for the £108m-rated forward in response to this post.
Best player to ever grace the beautiful game of football

However, not all of the replies to this tweet were positive, and some Tottenham fans replied to this post to share some criticism for Three Lions manager Gareth Southgate and called for England captain Kane to air this criticism.
Tell Southgate to pick Grealish and players who can give you decent service.

Sorry Harry but you need glasses! I know you’re captain of the team but it’s time to say what you really want to!! This team are awful & the way Southgate treats Grealish is ridiculous.. Stand up for the team & not say what you want the manager to hear

Meanwhile, other Spurs fans shared that they are just happy that Kane didn’t get injured during this international break.
Just happy to see you come through the game unscathed Harry. Big game on Sunday. Can’t wait to see you play with Sonny and @GarethBale11

The main one being you’re not injured and you’re ready for an exciting season back at the Spurs.

The most positive thing was you not getting injured

Do you think that Kane played well for England versus Denmark?
YES
NO
So, as can be seen from these tweets, it may be fair to say that there has been a fairly mixed response to this post from Kane, with some Spurs fans praising the striker, some calling for him to be more critical of Southgate and some simply sharing some relief that he is seemingly fit and ready to feature for Spurs when they return to Premier League action versus West Ham United on Sunday.
