Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to some reported news regarding Heung-min Son.
According to Rob Harris, the global sports correspondent for the Associated Press, the South Korean international has acquired some new agents. The 28-year-old has reportedly signed up with CAA Base, who are a sports division of Hollywood talent CAA, who also handle Jose Mourinho’s commercial deals (per Harris).
The former Bayer Leverkusen man has started the 2020/21 season on fire for the Lilywhites, having contributed eight goals and two assists in just six Premier League appearances, which has seen him average a superb 8.23 rating (per WhoScored). Therefore, it was no surprise to hear recently that the North London club were planning on tying him down to a new deal, and perhaps this change in those who represent him, could be a step towards him signing a new contract with Spurs.
Do you think this is a sign of Son's new contract being imminent?

Overall, it seems as if a lot of these Spurs fans are convinced that Son’s new representatives could be a sign of him agreeing to a new deal with the North London club in the near future, which can only be good news for the club, considering the electric start to the season the £67.5 million-rated man has made.
