Fans of Tottenham Hotspur have been reacting to a post on Twitter, in which Alasdair Gold relayed footage from Tottenham’s 1-0 victory over Burnley on Monday.
In his tweet, Gold shared footage of Son Heung-min celebrating scoring the only goal of the game in the clash at Turf Moor, which was the ninth time the South Korean and Harry Kane have linked up for a goal this season, with the journalist adding: “Love this moment. The realisation as Son asks Kane if he got the assist again.”
So, what did these Tottenham Hotspur fans have to say in reaction to Alasdair Gold’s tweet?
Such a lovely moment

Kane and Son have both been in remarkable form for Spurs this season, with Kane scoring five goals and providing eight assists over his six Premier League appearances, averaging a WhoScored match rating of 8.48, while Son has scored eight goals and provided two assists over the same number of games as Kane, averaging a WhoScored match rating of 8.23 – ranking the two of them as the best two performers in the league, out of players who have featured more than the average number of appearances.
And, aside from their combination against Burnley being their ninth link up for a goal this season, it is also their 29th combination for a league goal in total – a total that is only bettered by Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard in their time at Chelsea.
Do you think Kane and Son will surpass Lampard and Drogba's goal combination record?
Yes
No
