Supporters of Tottenham Hotspur have fumed following a squad update from the football.london reporter Alasdair Gold.
On Wednesday morning, the reporter posted to social media to provide an update on the squad prior to the club’s game against LASK in the Europa League on Thursday (per Alasdair Gold).
He explained that both Eric Dier and Japhet Tanganga were missing from training on Wednesday, however, they appeared to be the only two players absent.
The tweet went on to share that Giovani Lo Celso, Erik Lamela, Jack Clarke and Joe Rodon were all involved in the session.
Lots of Spurs fans then flocked to this tweet to air their frustrations regarding the squad update.
So, what did these Spurs fans make of Alasdair Gold’s squad update?
Looks like only Eric Dier and Japhet Tanganga missing from Spurs training this morning. Giovani Lo Celso and Erik Lamela both involved as well as Jack Clarke and Joe Rodon, despite the latter not being registered to play. No reason for him not to train of course.

A number of Spurs supporters also discussed Tanganga when airing their disappointment following the squad update.
Tanganga looks like a quality young kiddy but seems to get injured a fair bit

Whats actually up with Japhet this time? Having serious concerns over his durability already

What’s wrong with Tanganga? Seems to be injured all the time these days

Are you concerned about Japhet Tanganga's injury issues?
No, it's not a concern
Yes, it seems to be an issue
So far this season, Tanganga has made only one appearance for Spurs and that came in the Carabao Cup clash against Chelsea (per Transfermarkt).
The 21-year-old centre-back missed the beginning of the season after suffering a thigh muscle strain.
After recovering from that, he withdrew from the England U-21 squad during the recent international break due to another injury (per Evening Standard).
