Spurs managed to beat Burnley 1-0 on Monday. Harry Kane set up Son Heung-min for a 76th-minute winner. Jose Mourinho’s men now find themselves in fifth position in the Premier League and they have a total of 11 points in the bag.
Aurier has made two Premier League appearances this season and he has played once in the UEFA Europa League too. 23-year-old Bergwijn has made four Premier League appearances and is yet to contribute to a single goal. Some other Spurs fans also reacted to Veal’s latest tweet.

Bergwijn has picked up a rating of 6.3/10 in the Premier League this season and only four players have picked up lesser ratings than him in the competition. Aurier though has been the club’s third-best performer in the league and has picked up a rating of 8.06 (as per WhoScored).
So Bergwijn might have to improve his performances this season. Spurs fans can only hope that playing in the Europa League provides him the platform to elevate his performances in the Premier League.
