Who will the Toon play in the next round of the Carabao Cup after they beat Newport County on penalties?

Puma currently manufactures the Toon’s kits and have been doing so since the 2010/11 season but now it looks like they will be replaced by Castore, who currently produce Rangers’ kits.

This has drawn the attention of these Newcastle fans who are not happy.

So, what did these Toon fans think of this news?

Are you annoyed by this?

Yes, this could be terrible

No, everything will be fine

Castore have annoyed some Rangers fans this season with the quality of the kits, and that looks to be something that Toon fans are dreading next season.

The deal will be worth £5m a season, and the fact that Castore will be dealing with Mike Ashley’s club could make some Rangers fans angry after his history with the Glasgow-based club.

Certainly, many Newcastle fans are not happy with this news and continued to express their anger.

The deal of £5m per season is almost nothing compared to the kit deals that the likes of Liverpool and Manchester United have negotiated.

So, this deal that Newcastle have negotiated with Castore is unlikely to help them that much financially, not compared with some other Premier League clubs anyway, and some Rangers fans don’t like the quality of the current kit.

So, you can see why some Toon fans are not pleased with this news.
