Fans of Leeds United have been reacting to a post on Twitter, in which Leeds midfielder, Kalvin Phillips, commented on his latest appearance for England.
In his post, Phillips shared three images from England’s 3-0 victory over Wales on Thursday evening, as well as stating: “First home start for England at Wembley Stadium. An important victory in preparation for the next match. Well done lads.”

Last season, Phillips played an important part in ensuring the club returned to the top flight of English football after a 16-year absence, averaging a highly impressive WhoScored match rating of 7.22/10 over his 37 Championship appearances, chipping in with two goals and providing two assists along the way.
So far this season, the £10.8 million-rated England international has not looked out of place in the Premier League, averaging a WhoScored match rating of 7.15 over his four appearances thus far – ranking him as the club’s fifth-best performer in the league.
Do you think Kalvin Phillips will make England's squad for the Euros?
Yes
No
And, it would appear that many Leeds fans are equally as impressed with the midfielder’s performances for the national team as they have been with his performances for the club, with a great deal more taking to Twitter to praise the 24-year-old.
You make it look easy Kalvin. Keep it up for us and England and you’ll be heading for the Euros?
