Fans of Leeds United have been reacting to a post on Twitter, in which Phil Hay asked Leeds fans who they would like to see feature in midfield against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday evening.
In his tweet, Hay created a poll, which asked fans of the club who they would rather see in the attacking midfield spot – Pablo Hernandez, Rodrigo or Tyler Roberts – for Monday’s clash with Wolves.
So, what did these Leeds fans say in reaction to Phil Hay’s tweet?
If Hernandez is fit, it can only be him. Use Rodrigo as an impact sub second half

Prince Pablo last 20mins .. fed up saying it now.

Has to be big Rod to start and then let Pablo kick back and watch the game to see exactly where he is going to slice them apart in the last 25mins. It’s almost cruel giving Pablo the luxury of time to unpick the opposition before he runs on.

While it would appear opinion is split as to whether Rodrigo or Hernandez should start amongst the above Leeds fans, it should be noted that the 35-year-old Hernandez has not featured at all since the club’s opening Premier League fixture against Liverpool, after suffering a groin strain in the warm-up prior to the club’s 4-3 victory over Fulham.
While Marcelo Bielsa selected Rodrigo to replace the injured Spaniard for the Fulham fixture, the Argentine went with Roberts in the club’s most recent game against Manchester City.
Who would you like to see start in the Leeds midfield?
Rodrigo
Hernandez
Roberts
However, while some of the Leeds fans would apparently rather see Bielsa ease Hernandez back in as a second-half substitute, the manager recently stated that the 35-year-old is “fine” ahead of the Wolves fixture, suggesting that he could well be in line for a start.
Starting Rodrigo but I’d like to see Hernandez off the bench

Honestly wouldn’t surprise me if Hernandez started, not that it’s a bad thing far from it in fact. Brilliant that we have so much top quality competing for places. What a great transfer window we’ve had, a proper top 10 squad imo.

Rodrigo to start then bring on Pablo at half time and either take Rodrigo off or move him up front with bamford

All in all, it seems the opinion of these Leeds fans is somewhat split as to who they would like to see start the match, although, it would appear a slight majority would rather see Rodrigo in the initial XI.
As for who gets the nod from Bielsa, however, we will simply have to wait and see.
