Many Leeds United supporters have been responding to a Twitter post from Gabriel Agbonlahor after he quote-tweeted a clip of a recent appearance on talkSPORT in which he hit back at some of the Elland Road faithful.
This all began when the former Aston Villa man, turned pundit, described Marcelo Bielsa’s side as a “myth” on social media.
Following the 34-year-old’s comments, the Whites travelled to Villa Park and came away with a 3-0 win thanks to a Patrick Bamford hat-trick (as per BBC Sport).
Following the reaction to his initial comments, Agbonlahor appeared on national radio and questioned how a club the size of Leeds could be “so affected” by his tweet and the war of words between the ex-player and some of the Yorkshire-based club’s supporters continued on social media.
How have these Leeds fans reacted to Gabriel Agbonlahor’s comments regarding their club?
“Rattled”. 0-3 mate. A mythic performance, one might say.

It’s clear that these fans were less than impressed by what Gabriel Agbonlahor had to say initially and the fact he continues to discuss their club, in their view, shows he is trying to increase his media presence.
During his playing career, he scored 73 goals and provided 47 assists in 322 Premier League appearances (as per Transfermarkt), in our view, a respectable record but his views on Bielsa seem to be a little harsh considering his achievements with the Whites.
