Fans of Leeds United have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which shared footage of the club’s defender, Diego Llorente.
The footage, which was originally posted by Llorente himself before the official Leeds United Twitter account shared the clip, features the centre-back in training with the Spanish national team, with the 27-year-old demonstrating his ability to finish.
In reaction, fans of Leeds flocked to have their say on the matter, with many stating their surprise at the defender’s finishing, while others simply said how excited they were to see Llorente in action for their side.
Getting more exciting by the week. We're gonna put a good show on this season.

Llorente has only recently joined Leeds, moving in an £18 million deal from Real Sociedad last month, where the defender made 88 appearances, chipping in with eight goals and providing two assists.
However, since his move, the £18 million-rated 27-year-old has yet to feature for Marcelo Bielsa’s side, having not been included in the Argentine’s squad for their victory over Sheffield United and remained on the bench during the club’s recent 1-1 draw with Manchester City.
Do you expect Llorente to make his debut against Wolves?
Yes

No

The recent footage of the defender, however, has seemingly got Leeds fans excited at the prospect of him making his debut for the club, with some even suggesting that he should be played further forward than at centre-back.

All in all, it would appear that these Leeds fans are very impressed with the defender’s finishing, with some jokingly suggesting that Llorente should be played alongside centre-forward Patrick Bamford.
And, while this may be a slight exaggeration, we have to say, for a defender, Llorente’s finishing does appear to be incredibly impressive.
