Many Leeds fans have taken to social media to praise Robin Koch’s performance following their defeat at the hands of Wolverhampton Wanderers at Elland Road on Monday night.
Raul Jimenez scored the only goal of the game on 70 minutes but the Whites’ summer signing, judging by the reaction on social media has enhanced his reputation amongst the club’s faithful. Koch, who joined the club in the summer from SC Freiburg in a deal reportedly worth £11.7m (as per Transfermarkt) was partnered up with Pascal Struijk in the heart of Marcelo Bielsa’s defence after Liam Cooper had to pull out following the warm-up.
Following the German international’s latest display, a section of the Elland Road faithful shared their praise for the 24-year-old on Twitter, with many insisting he was the man of the match.

The centre-back’s reputation is clearly growing amongst the club’s faithful and given the price for which they were able to sign him, it is understandable why one fan has labelled him as an ‘absolute steal’.
