Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to some footage of Japhet Tanganga after the club posted an exclusive clip from a currently unreleased episode of the All or Nothing documentary.
The north London club posted a clip of the young defender from the All or Nothing documentary, which details the 21-year-old’s Premier League debut against Liverpool from last season. The Spurs academy graduate established himself in Jose Mourinho’s first-team last season, making 10 appearances in all competitions, including six in the Premier League, where he averaged an impressive 7.00 rating (per Whoscored).
Considering fellow centre-back Jan Vertonghen recently departed Spurs on a free transfer and with the Lilywhites yet to sign a centre-back in the summer window, perhaps we will see Tanganga become a regular in the first-team next season, especially when you consider the hectic schedule that the north London club faces, due to their involvement in the Europa League, which will perhaps lead to a lot more youngsters getting a chance to start.
Do you think Tanganga can be a regular next season?
Yes
No

This lad is going right to the top. So hard to find players with all the physical attributes that he does with incredible composure and defensive awareness
