Spurs fans on Twitter have flocked to an image of Sergio Reguilon in training at Hotspur Way.
The north London club’s official Twitter account shared the image of the Spanish international getting to work at his new club, and it has subsequently attracted the attention of lots of Lilywhites supporters on Twitter. The 23-year-old joined from Real Madrid last week, although Los Blancos seemingly have a £27.5 million buy-back clause included for the left-back (per BBC).
Although the Spaniard is not eligible to face KF Shkendija on Thursday, Spurs fans hopefully won’t have too long to wait until he makes his debut for the Lilywhites. If he can replicate the form he showed on loan at Sevilla last season, where he averaged a superb 7.1/10 rating across 31 La Liga appearances (per WhoScored), then he will surely prove to be an excellent signing for the north London club.
