Many Tottenham Hotspur fans have been talking about the latest news update involving Dele Alli that recently emerged on social media.

The Telegraph recently reported that French giants Paris Saint-Germain are looking to pull out of the talks to sign Alli this summer. The report claims that the financial terms of a potential deal for the Englishman are too high for PSG – even though they were confident about a deal after initial talks.

Alli was excluded from the club’s squad that faced Southampton on Sunday and he was taken off at half time in the club’s 1-0 loss to Everton as well (as per Transfermarkt).

Fabrizio Romano tweeted on Sunday that Spurs have offered the Englishman to multiple clubs and PSG were one of the clubs interested in him. Some other Spurs fans also talked about the latest update involving Alli.

Some of these Spurs fans don’t believe that PSG really want to sign Alli, but a couple of them feel that Spurs won’t be selling the player anyway.

The former MK Dons man impressed for Spurs in their first few games under Jose Mourinho last season as he directly contributed to six goals in Mourinho’s first four Premier League games as the Tottenham manager (as per Transfermarkt).

The article from the Telegraph has stated that it now appears increasingly likely that Alli will stay at Tottenham and even Mourinho is ‘convinced’ that he won’t leave the club this summer. So perhaps, Spurs fans can look forward to seeing the 24-year-old play for the club for at least the next few months.
