Many Tottenham Hotspur supporters have been responding to a recent post from @thespursweb relaying a report from David Ornstein of The Athletic.
In an article published on Wednesday, the journalist confirmed the details of Ollie Watkins’ move to Aston Villa before going on to say that having missed out on the 24-year-old, the Lilywhites ‘do not yet have a firm attacking target in mind’.
Although the transfer window will remain open until October 5, the Premier League kick-off is just around the corner and here is what a sample of the club’s supporters have had to say in response to the news they are yet to identify a forward they would like to bring in.
So Kane basically going to play every game in this packed schedule, unbelievable.

Are you worried Spurs won't sign a forward during this window?
Yes
No
It’s clear from the above responses that many of these Spurs fans are growing frustrated by what appears to be a lack of a plan with regards to recruiting some cover for Harry Kane, who is the only recognised centre-forward in Jose Mourinho’s squad (as per Transfermarkt.co.uk). Supporters continued to make their feelings known in the replies.
Oh god ….its embarrassing ….we have to do it as there r loads of matches waiting for us….???

In an ideal world, we believe it would have been good for the north London club to get all their transfer business done ahead of the 2020/21 campaign, however, there is still plenty of time for them to sign another forward between now and the end of the transfer window. Therefore, it could be argued that it is still a little early to give up hope of another player coming in.
