A lot of Newcastle United fans have replied to a post from Lee Ryder that contains information on Mike Ashley and Steve Bruce.
The Evening Chronicle reporter claimed that Ashley was having a meal with the team along with Lee Charnley and Bruce.
It is claimed that Ashley has also told his manager that he will be backed further in the transfer market, though Ryder suggests in a follow-up tweet that he thinks the majority of the work is done.
This has drawn the attention of these Toon fans, who can’t believe what Ashley is doing.

This week saw Newcastle add Callum Wilson for £20m, Jamal Lewis for an initial £15m and Ryan Fraser on a free transfer, so the Toon have spent all of their rumoured £35m budget.
Although this post from Ryder suggests that more players could arrive on Tyneside, it is thought that Bruce will have to trim the wage bill by getting rid of a few players before he can bring anyone else in.
This post continued to draw the attention of many Newcastle fans, who are shocked by the claim involving Ashley.
Somethings up with Mike Ashley he’s being unusually nice.

Ashley is also furious with the Premier League after they rejected the proposed takeover by PCP Capital Partners, Reuben Brothers and PIF.
He has been told that he has a strong legal case against the Premier League, so it will be interesting to see his next move.
However, it is good that he is still supporting Bruce and the squad in the meantime despite the fact he has unsuccessfully tried to sell the club.
