A lot of Newcastle United fans have replied to a post from NUFC 360, which contains footage of Joelinton scoring a goal against Morecambe in the Carabao Cup.
The Toon thrashed the League Two side 7-0, and the 24-year-old grabbed himself a brace, including this brilliant long-range goal.
The video shows the Newcastle forward rolling his man on the left before driving at goal and letting fly from 25 yards out, as the ball dips over the goalkeeper and nestles in the far corner.
This post has drawn the attention of these Newcastle fans, who were happy to see Joelinton score.

Joelinton opened the scoring for the Toon as he received a pass from Miguel Almiron and finished low into the corner, before adding to his tally with the goal shared via the clip.
However, before that, he missed a golden chance as he waited at the back post for a cross from Jacob Murphy that simply needed nodding in, but Joelinton let it go past him and the ball hit the post instead.
This footage continued to draw the attention of many Newcastle fans, who believe that the £18m-rated Brazilian has ‘found his level’.

Since joining Newcastle for £40m in the summer of 2019, Joelinton has scored just two league goals.
However, hopefully, this brace and his all-round performance – which earned him an 8/10 from The Chronicle – will boost his confidence and lead to more goals.
Certainly, his second goal of the night was excellent and showed what he could do for the Toon, so it will be interesting to see if he can kick on.
