Supporters of Leeds United have been reacting to an image that emerged on Twitter regarding supposed transfer target Rodrigo De Paul.
According to recent reports, the Argentine midfielder is a transfer target for the Whites and according to Tuttomercatoweb, the player’s agent is travelling to Italy to sort out his future (via Leeds Live).
Supposedly, Serie A sides Fiorentina, Napoli and AC Milan are also interested in securing the services of De Paul from Udinese.
The image which emerged on social media after being posted by @Jack_T_92 showed that the midfielder had been left out of Udinese’s squad for a recent friendly match.
This had lots of the Elland Road faithful talking.

Interesting ?
He way I’ve read it he’s definitley leaving, it’s just whether we can make sure it’s to us— 1919 (@AllLeeds______) September 3, 2020
It’s not all about European football for players. Sometimes other things like vision, coaches etc play a part in top players moving as its a challenge for them so I do think de paul would want to join Leeds

The 26-year-old midfielder currently has four years left on his contract with Udinese and has a market value of £27m, according to Transfermarkt.
Do you think Rodrigo De Paul will be a Leeds player by the end of the transfer window?
No, it won't happen
Yes, I think he will
He wants to be the main player of the team what I have seen.

During the 2019/20 Serie A season, De Paul made 34 appearances for Udinese in the league in which he bagged seven goals and six assists (per WhoScored).
The midfielder’s solid form in front of goal helped the Argentine earn an impressive 7.25/10 average rating.
Had De Paul earned the same average rating in Leeds’ squad during the most recent season, then he would have been their second-best performing player (per WhoScored).
We clearly aren’t his first choice and as we only really want players who want to play for us we need to move on to someone else.
