The report claimed that Leeds are monitoring Malinovskyi as a potential transfer option before the current summer window closes in October.

The post also contained video footage, originally shared by @PremierSportsTV, of a goal Malinovskyi scored for his current club Atalanta in their 3-2 win over Lazio in Serie A back in June.

The Leeds page captioned their post saying that Malinovskyi has some “serious power” in his left foot in regards to his goal against Lazio.

This post then gathered a lot of replies from Leeds fans who were quick to share their responses to the footage.

Here’s a sample of Leeds fans responding to the post:

The Ukrainian, who is currently valued at £18.9 million, signed to Atalanta back in the 2019 summer transfer window from Belgian club KRC Genk for a fee of £12.24 million (per Transfermarkt).

Since then, the 27-year-old has made a total of 44 appearances for Atalanta in which he has managed to grab himself nine goals and seven assists.
