Many Leeds United supporters have been reacting to a tweet from the Italian sports journalist Fabrizio Romano regarding the future of Rodrigo de Paul.
The Elland Road club has been linked with a move for the Udinese attacking midfielder who has a market value of £27m (as per Transfermarkt).
However, according to Romano’s post, the Serie A club is looking for €40m (£36.8m) in order to let the 26-year-old go.
The journalist also added that the Argentine is ‘ready to move to Leeds United’ and that it is now ‘up to the two clubs’ to make it happen. Here is how a sample of the club’s faithful has responded on the social media platform.
Surly he will move now Fabrizio, why would they negotiate this far to the point the player wants the move then back out over the asking price?
