Supporters of Leeds United have been reacting to a club announcement regarding the signing of Charlie Allen from Linfield.
On Tuesday morning, it was revealed by the Whites that they had sealed the arrival of the Northern Irish youngster (per Leeds United).
It was stated that the 16-year-old forward has penned a three-year deal with the Yorkshire outfit and will join up with the club’s Under-18s.
Leeds’ announcement also said that the player was signed for an ‘undisclosed fee‘.
When this report was shared on social media by the Whites, lots of the Elland Road faithful flocked to it to air their thoughts.

While the youngster did not manage to bag a goal at a senior level for Linfield, he has netted at international level having scored one goal in a handful of appearances for Northern Ireland Under-17s (per Transfermarkt).
Allen made his debut for his nation’s Under-17s at the age of just 14 years, eight months and 14 days.
