Celtic fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest social media post from Arsenal and former Hoops full-back Kieran Tierney. 

This comes after Tierney shared a post on his official Twitter page responding to a post from the official Celtic Twitter page after they congratulated him on winning the FA Cup with Arsenal at the weekend.

In his response to the congratulatory message from his former club, Tierney thanked them for the post before saying that the message to him was a “touch of class” from the club.

Tierney then added a crying emoji followed by a green love-heart emoji and then a red love-heart emoji to represent the love he still has for the Scottish club.

This post from Tierney then gathered a lot of replies from Celtic fans who were quick to share their own messages to the defender.

The 23-year-old, who is currently valued at £25.2 million, left Celtic in the 2019 summer transfer window for a move to Arsenal in a deal worth £24.3 million after working his way through the youth system at the Scottish club.

Tierney made a total of 170 appearances for the Celtic senior side in which he managed to score eight goals and provide 37 assists along the way (per Transfermarkt).
