To kick-off this quiz on David Moyes on the hard side, which club was his first game on the touchline at the London Stadium against?

West Ham have previously had a bid of €15m (£13.5m) rejected for Cabral, but now it seems that the Hammers are preparing to pay €25m (£22.5m) for the winger.

A Bola state that this would be enough for a deal despite Sporting wanting €30m (£27.01m) as long as the Hammers pay a lot of it upfront, so €20m (£18m) and then a further €5m (£4.5m) in bonuses.

The reason that Sporting want this money upfront is so that they can buy players.

TIF Thoughts…

Cabral had a good season for Sporting as he scored six goals and provided two assists in the league and earned a rating of 7.17 for his performances.

This rating would put him in second place in the Hammers’ squad, and he scored five more goals than both Felipe Anderson and Jarrod Bowen.

However, he only scored one more goal than both Robert Snodgrass and Andriy Yarmolenko.

So, it is easy to see why the Hammers might be interested, and though they had the first bid rejected, it looks as though there is room for negotiation between the two clubs.

However, West Ham apparently might have to sell to buy and are keen to get rid of Anderson, so maybe if they do that, then they will make a move for Cabral.

This could be one to keep an eye on as the transfer window progresses.
