Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to some news regarding Jose Mourinho, which suggests that the Portuguese manager is currently learning Korean, so he can better communicate with Spurs forward Heung-min Son.
According to The Sun (via Hotspur Related), the former Chelsea and Manchester United manager is learning Korean to improve his communication with his 27-year-old winger. The manager revealed at the launch of the club’s new Amazon Prime documentary that:
“Communication is very important when I am with the group, I have to go to the native language, which everybody understands.
“With the players, I jump into their language — that is why I am learning Korean.”
The report from The Sun suggests that the Spurs manager can already speak six languages; Portuguese, English, Italian, Spanish, Catalan and French, but is keen to learn Korean so he can best communicate with Son.

If that’s true then that’s incredible. From what I’ve heard, he can speak English relatively well so it doesn’t seem too necessary

Think about it. Yes Son speaks good English but if Jose is taking the time to learn Korean. How will Son respond to that? He will run through walls for Jose.

Some Spurs fans think this could mean that the North London club will reignite their interest in South Korean centre-back Kim Min-jae, who was heavily linked with a move to the Lilywhites earlier in the summer transfer window.
Or maybe it’s for that centre half we been linked to Kim Min-jae?
