Plenty of Tottenham Hotspur fans have flocked to a tweet that was recently posted by Spurs news Twitter account @HotspurRelated which shares some news that was recently reported by The Guardian about Fulham’s alleged interest in taking Oliver Skipp to Craven Cottage on loan.

Fulham will compete in the Premier League next season after they earned promotion to England’s top-flight via the playoffs just one season after they were relegated from the Premier League

After reports recently emerged claiming that ‘Southampton and Tottenham have agreed a fee for Saints midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg after weeks of negotiation,’ The Guardian has now reported that 19-year-old Skipp could be on his way out of the club for the 2020/21 campaign as newly-promoted Fulham are allegedly interested in taking him on loan for next season.

After @HotspurRelated shared this reported news about Skipp on Twitter, some Spurs supporters replied to their post to share their thoughts on this potential loan move.

Many of the Spurs fans who replied to this tweet shared a positive reaction to this potential loan move.

How well do you remember Heung-Min Son's time with Spurs? - The Lilywhites signed Son from which Bundesliga side?

However, some Lilywhites fans were more negative about this potential move. One Spurs fan replied to this post to share that they would like to keep Skipp at the club ‘as [a] backup to Hojbjerg’ while another Tottenham fan questioned if Skipp would see enough game time at Craven Cottage.

Would this be a good move for Skipp?

Skipp played just 76 minutes of Premier League football during the 2019/20 campaign and with that in mind, it mightn’t be a surprise if the 19-year-old midfielder does depart from Spurs on loan for the 2020/21 season in order to get more game time under his belt, especially if fellow midfielder Hojbjerg is moving to the Lilywhites.
