Fans of Tottenham Hotspur have been reacting to a post on Twitter, in which the club shared images of Dele Alli in some individual pre-season training, ahead of Spurs’ return to action later this year.
The post featured four photographs of Alli completing some warm weather training, which appeared to include a great deal of running drills, one of which involved tying a small parachute to him in order to create resistance.
In reaction to this post, fans of the club flocked to have their say on the matter, with many calling for the club to swap Alli for Juventus’ Paulo Dybala this summer.

Since moving to Spurs from MK Dons for a fee of £5.97 million back in 2015, Alli has gone on to make 222 appearances for the club, scoring 62 goals and registering 55 assists.
Last term, the attacking midfielder made 25 appearances, scoring eight goals and providing four assists, averaging a WhoScored match rating of 6.87 – ranking him as the club’s seventh-best performer in the league.
However, despite his decent level of performance and return of goals, it seems from their comments that some of these Spurs fans would like to see the midfielder swapped for Juventus forward, Paulo Dybala, who has once again been linked with a move to Spurs this summer.
Would you like to see Dele Alli used as part of a swap deal for Dybala?
Yes
No
Meanwhile, other Tottenham fans simply wished their player well, and claimed that next year will be a big season for the 24-year-old.

As such, it appears that these Spurs fans are split as to whether they would like to see the midfielder leave the club this summer, or think he will be an important part of Jose Mourinho’s first team next season.
As for which actually happens, only time will tell.
