Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter have been reacting to the latest transfer update concerning the London club.
This comes after Spurs news Twitter account @thespursweb shared a comment on their page quote-tweeting a post from Spurs journalist Alasdair Gold who claimed that Jose Mourinho’s side “aren’t done” in terms of signing new players this summer.
This post from the Spurs news page highlighting the comment from Gold then gathered a lot of replies from Spurs fans who were quick to share their thoughts on this update.

So far this summer, the London club have signed goalkeeper Joe Hart on a free transfer from Burnley and signed Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg from Southampton for a fee of £14.94 million.

Now that this Spurs news account relayed Gold’s comment onto their page, this paved the way for lots of Spurs fans to share their reactions to their club potentially making some more transfers this summer.

Gold’s comment certainly seems to have excited a lot of these Spurs fans who appear quite pleased by the fact that they can now expect more players to be signed by the club before the current window shuts.
Moving forward, it will be interesting to see which players the club try and sign this summer and which position in the team they will look to strengthen in ahead of their 2020/21 season.
