Can you score 20/20 on this Premier League quiz? Starting off easy, who is the top scorer in the Premier League this season?

After it was recently revealed by Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola that the Frenchman would not be sold by the Manchester club this summer, Anderson shared his thoughts on the matter.

He said: “It’s good news for Man United I think they’re in a good position now obviously they can have a full season with Pogba and [Bruno] Fernandes partnering each other.

“They can look at other areas of the team now because they’ve got that midfield, the two starting midfielders, their two stars on board and not distracted or anything like that so it’s good news for United and they can have a nice summer where they can say ‘right okay we need to go and get a winger now, we need to go and get a left-back and sort out the goalie situation,’ so it’s one thing checked off the list for [Ole Gunnar] Solskjaer now so it’s happy days for Man United, it’s good news for everyone. I think.”

After leaving the Manchester club back in 2012 on a free transfer to join Italian side Juventus, United then splashed out £94.5 million back in 2016 to bring Pogba back to Old Trafford (per Transfermarkt).

Overall, the 27-year-old, who is currently valued at £72 million, has made a total of 164 senior appearances for United in which he has managed to score 32 goals and provide 33 assists.

The 2019/20 Premier League season saw Pogba make 16 league appearances for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side and his performances in those appearances earned him a season rating of 7.18/10.

Despite only making 16 out of a possible 38 league appearances for United last season, Pogba showed in the games he did play in that he can be a top performer for the club.

With Pogba now likely to stay at United this summer, everyone at the club will now be hoping that he can make more appearances for the Red Devils next season and carry on his good form from last season.
