2018/19 season quiz: How many points did Jurgen Klopp's side accumulate in the Premier League?

On the subject of Liverpool’s deal with Nike, which officially began at the beginning of August, Dunn shared his thoughts on the matter prior to the deal coming into force.

He said: “It’s absolutely massive. It is the biggest kit deal in Liverpool’s history. It is arguably, maybe even comfortably, the biggest sportswear brand on the planet. Nike’s ambition, Nike’s ethos is winning. How could you wish for a better brand to be part of Liverpool right now? You’re probably arguing two of the biggest sporting brands on the planet in Liverpool and Nike. It’s an amazing deal.”

It was originally announced back in January that Nike would be taking over from New Balance as the club’s official kit supplier for the 2020/21 season.

Back in June, it was reported that the deal had to be pushed back by two months because the club had to see out the remainder of the 2019/20 season with New Balance as the campaign overran.

Now that the time has passed and the 2019/20 Premier League season has ended, with Liverpool as champions, the club have now officially begun their deal with Nike by revealing their new Nike kits for the following season.

Liverpool ended their Premier League campaign on 99 points at the top of the table having won 32 of their 38 league matches (per BBC Sport).
