Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest social media post from Spurs journalist Alasdair Gold.
This comes after Gold shared a post on his official Twitter page relaying comments made by Spurs manager Jose Mourinho in a recent press conference.

This post from Gold quickly gathered a lot of replies from Tottenham fans, who were quick to share their thoughts on this latest update from Gold.
Here’s a sample of Spurs fans responding to the post:
More Jose Mourinho praise for Ben Davies. He doesn't even remember Pepe being in the game on Sunday because of the Welshman. https://t.co/FTKYhLYM4y

For his performance against Arsenal at the weekend, Davies earned himself a match rating of 6.66/10, making him Spurs’ seventh-highest-rated player on the day (per WhoScored).
Well, even though Ben does his thing and is a nice guy. The reason why Pepe (wasn’t in the game) is because he’s not that good.

Did Ben Davies have a good game against Arsenal?
Yes
No
As well as some Spurs fans taking this quote from Mourinho as their chance to praise Davies, others took it as an opportunity to make fun of Gunners winger Pepe instead.
Is Pepe in any game though?
