Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to a post from Harry Kane in the wake of Spurs’ 1-0 win against Everton on Monday night.
The England captain posted on his Twitter page following the game, writing: ‘Important win, roll on Thursday.’ The north London club face relegation-threatened Bournemouth on Thursday evening and will look to make it back-to-back wins to aid their fading hopes of securing a Champions League spot for next season.
26-year-old Kane has played the full 90 minutes of every game since the restart, having fully recovered from the hamstring injury that ruled him out earlier in the season. The striker now has 19 goals to his name this season, but struggled to have much of an impact in the game against Everton on Monday night, earning a disappointing 6.63/10 rating for his display.

However, one Spurs fan clearly wasn’t impressed with his side’s performance in the 1-0 win.
That game was embarrassing for everyone involved such poor play all round

Overall though, it is clear that the majority of Spurs fans enjoyed the tweet from Kane and will be hoping to see him add to his goal tally in the remaining top-flight fixtures.
