The Express & Star’s YouTube channel recently posted a video featuring Luke Hatfield and Joseph Masi, who discussed West Bromwich Albion’s recent clash against Blackburn Rovers

Despite taking more than twice as many shots as Blackburn in this game, the Baggies were held to a 1-1 draw at Ewood Park.

We will look at Marcelo Bielsa to kick off this quiz on the Championship's managers, which of these national teams has the Leeds United boss managed?

The draw leaves second-placed West Brom three points behind top-of-the-table Leeds United and just three points ahead of third-placed Brentford, who are their nearest challengers currently sitting outside of the Championship’s automatic promotion places ahead of the Baggies’ clash with Fulham this Tuesday evening

Grady Diangana, who is currently on loan at The Hawthorns from West Ham United, started this fixture on the bench, but replaced Kamil Grosicki in the 60th minute of the match. Masi shared his thoughts on Slaven Bilic’s decision to make this substitution and shared his thoughts on Diangana’s performance during his post-match review of the game

Criticising West Brom’s lack of a final ball, Masi said after the game: “[Bilic] took Grosicki off for Diangana in the hope that Diangana’s fresh legs and his quality would sort of lead to that chance. They were getting a lot of joy down that left, Albion, and there’s a lot of space in that area.

“Diangana came on and he was very, very good defensively, but he was erratic with the ball. The quality just wasn’t there today for him, which was a surprise because he was obviously so good against Derby.”

TIF Thoughts…

After being introduced as a substitute during last Saturday’s game, Diangana completed two successful dribbles, one key pass and also hit the target with one of his three shots

This means that, of West Brom players, only Matheus Pereira completed more successful dribbles than Diangana, only Filip Krovinovic hit the target more times than Diangana, while only three Baggies players made more key passes than Diangana in Saturday’s clash, as per WhoScored.

The England U21 international also earned a higher overall rating than any other West Brom substitute in this match, so with all of that in mind, Masi may have been slightly too critical of the winger.
