Leeds United’s Championship fixture with Stoke City at Elland Road has been selected to be broadcast live on Sky Sports. The update was communicated through the club’s official website and shared via Twitter.
As a result of this, the game will now take place two days later than originally scheduled. Therefore, the fixture will be played on Thursday 9th July at 5pm (via leedsunited.com).
Here is how a sample of the Elland Road faithful have responded to news of the change.

Shock. Yet again we play after WBA and Fulham. Just like last year.

Another game where we are playing catch up. What a joke.

It’s clear from the above responses that these fans have been left frustrated by the fact that they are having to play after those in pursuit of them a number of times between now and the end of the season. Marcelo Bielsa’s side are just a solitary point ahead of Slaven Bilic’s West Bromwich Albion in the race for the title and believe the scheduling puts them at a disadvantage. Fans continued to respond.
Typical we are playing behind everyone else again. Same as last season. Better to play first and put the pressure on!

Corrupt @SkySports and @EFL trying to mount the pressure on us again

The Whites currently hold a seven-point lead over those outside of the automatic promotion places and despite having to play last, the Leeds fans will be hoping that is enough to ensure they earn promotion back to the Premier League for the first time since they were relegated in 2004.
