Some Celtic fans have been talking about the ticket situation involving the Parkhead-based side.

A Celtic-related page called ‘The Cynic’ recently posted on Twitter, criticising the club’s handling of the season ticket scenario for next season. The post had screenshots of the FAQs section from the club’s website and talked about how there is no discount for fans and that there is no incentive for multiple season ticket holders in the same household. It was also confirmed that fans who wish to seek a refund won’t be able to get it, in case they don’t want the virtual season ticket scheme.

Starting with an easy one: which Italian club did Nakamura join Celtic from?

The post argued that if the Hoops weren’t chasing their 10th Premiership title in a row next season, many more Celtic fans would have been asking for refunds.

This post caught the attention of many Celtic fans. They made their displeasure for this situation known.

Should Celtic change their season ticket policy?

This comes after the Hoops had recently posted on Twitter, confirming that the deadline for fans to renew their season tickets is 30th June.

Recently, the SPFL had struck an agreement with Sky Sports to help clubs have a virtual season ticket system. This will allow clubs to stream games and fans will have season tickets to watch these games from their homes. This was done to make up for the financial losses which will be incurred as a result of games being played behind closed doors.

Despite that, two other Celtic fans were also frustrated at the club.

These Celtic fans seem very angered by the club’s season ticket policy for next season. Considering how the pandemic could have affected the people financially, they certainly won’t like this from their club. They can only hope that the Hoops change their season ticket policies for next season.
