Starting with an easy one: which Italian club did Nakamura join Celtic from?

The piece claims that a host of clubs are looking at the striker, who scored nine goals in the league this season and can play out wide as well as up front, according to the report. Among his nine potential suitors are a host of Championship clubs as well as Celtic’s Old Firm rivals.

The Old Firm duo are the two clubs that are keen on Dykes in Scotland, with Livingston said to want £2m for the 24-year-old. TEAMtalk suggests that both Scottish Premiership sides have been ‘making contact’ over a potential move.

However, there is also set to be a battle for Dykes on the international stage, with Australia and Scotland set to fight for his national allegiance.

TIF Thoughts…

Nine goals in 25 league games for the side that finished in fifth place in the league is a decent return from Dykes, and considering his club want just £2m in order to give away his services, it is easy to see why so many clubs, including the Bhoys, are interested in the 24-year-old.

Dykes did score one of his nine league goals and provided two of his eight assists in games against Celtic and Rangers – so he proved that he can be effective against the top two in the league.

However, the amount of competition for Dykes includes some Championship clubs as well as the likes of Sunderland – so it will be interesting to see who matches Livingston’s price for Dykes and who he subsequently decides to join.

Either way, though, it would be a surprise to us if Dykes did not leave Livingston this summer, and Celtic will hope they can convince him to move to Celtic Park.
