Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to some quotes from Jose Mourinho ahead of Tuesday night’s clash with West Ham United.
The Portuguese manager spoke to the press on Monday afternoon and looked ahead to the fixture against the Hammers. The 57-year-old confirmed that (per Tottenham Hotspur):
“For the first time since I arrived, all six attacking players are available for the game. Our attacking options for this match are really good.”
Spurs were really struggling with an injury crisis before the enforced break, with the likes of Harry Kane, Heung-min Son, and Steven Bergwijn all on the sidelines. However, the former Real Madrid boss confirmed before the Premier League restart that all of his previously injured players were back fit and now Dele Alli has served his one-match suspension, and Lucas Moura has seemingly recovered from the knock that kept him out of Friday’s game against Manchester United, it seems as if the Spurs boss will have a plethora of options available to him ahead of Tuesday’s fixture.
Who are the more likely winners on Tuesday?
Spurs
West Ham
The north London club face West Ham on Tuesday night and will perhaps need to pick up three points if they are to maintain any hopes of finishing in one of the top four spots this season.
Reaction from Spurs fans to the quotes from Mourinho can be seen in the tweets below.

Some Spurs fans suggested that the Lilywhites have no excuses if they don’t beat a West Ham side currently occupying 17th position in the Premier League.

Although most of these Spurs fans are delighted with the quotes from Mourinho, it still seems as if some are worried that the Lilywhites will suffer a defeat on Tuesday night.
