Spurs fans on Twitter have flocked to a post from Harry Kane.
The England captain tweeted out some footage of himself playing golf in an advertising campaign for Cadbury UK. He writes: “Been working on my golf game… who fancies joining me?”
The 26-year-old has now fully recovered from the hamstring injury that kept him out between January and the suspension of the Premier League in March and will no doubt be keen to improve on his current season tally of 17 goals in all competitions. Jose Mourinho’s side will certainly need the academy graduate to turn up in their remaining fixtures if they are to achieve a top-four spot this season, with the Lilywhites currently languishing in eighth position in the top-flight.
Can you see Bale ever returning to Spurs?

Plenty of Spurs fans were quick to make the connection with former Lilywhites winger Gareth Bale. The Real Madrid ace has been criticised by fans of the La Liga club due to his passion for golf, with the Welshman risking a further rift with fans when he unveiled his banner after Wales secured qualification for Euro 2020 last year (per BBC).
@GarethBale11 comeback to Spurs, you can play golf with Harry Kane on weekends

We can sign Gareth and pay his wages with a golf buddy, sounds like something Levy would do

The 30-year-old is regularly linked with a move back to his old club and considering he has made just 14 appearances in La Liga this season, you could argue that is he is perhaps no longer a key player in Zinedine Zidane’s squad. However, the chances of him returning to the Premier League seem slim, especially when you consider the financial impact of the current viral outbreak, combined with Bale’s reported wages.
