Liverpool are reportedly interested in making a summer transfer move for Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.

This comes after a report from The Independent claimed that Liverpool are “monitoring” Sancho’s situation at the German club and “may yet challenge” Manchester United and Real Madrid for his signature, in what could be “one of the year’s biggest transfer sagas”.

They also stated:

“There is also a feeling that if Jurgen Klopp does want the player that badly, funds will be found.”

TIF Thoughts…

The fact that these three huge football clubs are all reportedly interested in signing Sancho this summer just goes to show how impressive the Englishman has been this season.

According to WhoScored, Sancho’s strengths include his passing, dribbling and finishing. This would suit Liverpool’s style of play as some of their characteristics include finishing scoring chances, playing short passes and attacking down the wings (per WhoScored).

Whether or not the Merseyside club does indeed make a transfer move for Sancho this summer is still yet to be seen.
