Liverpool fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest images of Reds goalkeeper Alisson Becker. 

This comes after the official Liverpool Twitter account shared a post on their page that contained three images of Alisson during a recent training session at the club’s Melwood training complex.

The post was captioned with Alisson’s initials and his squad number in between two sparkling emojis.

This post then quickly gathered a lot of replies from Liverpool fans who were not shy in airing their reactions to these latest images of Alisson in action.

The 27-year-old, who is currently valued at £64.8 million according to Transfermarkt, first signed to the Merseyside club back in 2018 from AS Roma for a fee of £56.25 million.

Since then, Alisson has gone on to make 79 appearances for Jurgen Klopp’s side in which he has managed to concede 51 goals and keep 41 clean sheets (per Transfermarkt).

According to WhoScored, Alisson is currently Liverpool’s 14th highest-rated player so far this campaign with a season rating of 6.75/10 for his 20 appearances in the Premier League this year.

Now that these images of Alisson have been shared onto Twitter, this opened the door for lots of Liverpool fans to share their thoughts on the shot-stopper.

One Liverpool fan even referenced the fact that Alisson’s absence was a big miss for the Reds during their Champions League defeat against Atletico Madrid back in March.

It’s great to see Alisson back in training and working hard to get ready for the season to resume later this month.

The response to this latest post from most of these Liverpool fans just goes to show how much they adore the Brazilian and how excited they are to see him back in action for the Reds.
