Nice easy one to start. Who is this current Leeds man?

Football Insider understands that those are the three Premier League clubs are interested in the 22-year-old as well as his parent club Brighton & Hove Albion, who have confirmed they see White as part of their plans next season.

Danny Mills, speaking to Football Insider, said that ‘Leeds will have doubt when it comes to keeping Ben White’ and he also said that ‘it would not be a surprise’ if a top-four or top-six Premier League club comes in for him.

Do Leeds have a chance of signing Ben White?

TIF Thoughts…

White has also been linked with Manchester City and Chelsea – so it seems as if there are plenty of suitors out there for the 22-year-old, and when you look at how well he has played this season, that should come as no surprise.

Reports of top-flight interest in White is likely a blow to Leeds, given that White has played in every Championship match for the Whites, and in that time, he has averaged a 7.05/10 match rating (as per WhoScored), which makes him the Whites’ fifth-best player by rating in the league.

As well as this, he has made the most interceptions in the league, as well as won the most defensive duels in the Championship, all while contributing to the league’s best defence.

All of this is impressive, and it is understandable why so many Premier League clubs reportedly want White.

If Leeds were to compete with them for the 22-year-old, then you would think they would have to be in the Premier League to stand any chance.

So, can they win promotion from the position they find themselves in to give them a chance of signing White?

Hopefully, for their sake, they can.
